Q: What size shoe am I?
A: This is a question we answer daily. It really depends on how you like to wear your shoes, either loose or tight around your feet. Esquivel's run a D 1/2 width, if one has wide feet or finds most sneakers too narrow, then we would recommend purchasing your size you typically purchase. If you like your shoes to be more fitted, then we would recommend sizing down 1/2 size.
Shipping:
We ship all domestic packages via UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. If you would like to request special shipping services, please contact us directly at sales@esquivelshoes.com for a quote. All shoes are shipped after completion, which is 3-4 weeks from the receipt of your paid order.
Returns Policy:
We understand buying shoes online can be a big unknown. However, we understand and have the following policy:
We will accept a return within 7 days of purchase. If a shoe size is incorrect and a different size is needed, please contact us at sales@esquivelshoes.com and we will provide a Return Authorization number.
*we reserve the right to inspect the shoe prior to accepting a return. The shoe must be unworn and not damaged.
Upon approval of the return by Esquivel, a different size pair will be shipped out to you as part of your original order.
